Marinade

Marination is the process of submerging a meat into a flavorful sauce called a marinade to get powerful flavors into every crevice of a piece of meat.  There are countless kinds of marinades on the market today.  Some of which include ones you can buy in a bottle and ones you can buy in a packet.  You don ‘t have to do anything with the ones that come in a bottle besides pour them into whatever container you’re going to be storing your meat in while you’re marinating it and wait for the process to complete itself.  With the packet marinades, you just have to add oil and/or water to the spice mixture to get the same fluid you would get from a bottle.
It’s hard to get as much flavor into your meat without marinating it first.  Some of the greatest dishes involving meat are recipes that require a lengthy marinating time.  If buying a marinade at the store isn’t your thing, you can make one using your own ingredients at home.  All you have to do is make sure the flavors blend together. If you put in a single wrong ingredient, you’re going to have an inedible dish.  The key to marination is balancing the powerful flavors in the marinade with the type of meat you’re using.  It’s an exact science and the safest bet is to buy a packet or bottle from the store.  Once you get a sense of how their marinades work, you can start experimenting with your own blends.
